Job Title: Senior CRO Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CRO Manager to lead our optimisation programme and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRO strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and lead CRO programmes from strategy to implementation
* Steer and supervise CRO specialists to manage client accounts and implementation
* Work with the UX team to develop user-centred CRO solutions
* Provide effective line management and support for CRO specialists
* Deliver and present analysis and audits to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

* Significant experience in a senior optimisation role
* Advanced analytical, technical, and mathematical skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Commercial mindset and ability to identify novel uses of CRO
* Experience with CRO and marketing analytics technologies
