Job Title: Senior CRO Manager

At RocketMill, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior CRO Manager to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme and drive business growth for our clients.

About the Role

As a Senior CRO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing CRO strategies that meet and exceed client expectations. You will lead a team of CRO specialists, work closely with our UX team, and collaborate with clients to deliver user-centred and innovative CRO solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRO programmes that drive business growth and improve client experiences.
  • Lead and manage a team of CRO specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of CRO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with our UX team to develop user-centred CRO solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop CRO strategies that align with their goals.
  • Deliver high-quality analysis and audits that identify opportunities for CRO and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they have a clear roadmap of CRO activity that contributes to their business ambitions.
  • Implement processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality work and successful delivery of CRO client campaigns.
  • Research and develop thought leadership ideas to inspire and educate our client community.
  • Support RocketMill's Business Development and Client Leadership teams by creating business cases, proposals, and pitching the CRO product to potential clients.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a senior optimisation role, with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
  • Advanced analytical, technical, and mathematical skills, enabling you to identify CRO opportunities and execute analysis with a statistically robust approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of our business, the markets we serve, and our customers.
  • Accountability, drive, intelligence, and passion for delivering high-quality CRO solutions.
