Senior CRO Manager

As a Senior CRO Manager at RocketMill, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) service. Reporting to our Head of UX and CRO, you will lead the CRO programme across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional optimisation and experimentation services are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CRO programmes that meet and exceed client expectations, from strategy through to implementation.
  • Lead and supervise a team of CRO specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of CRO client campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the UX team and clients to develop user-centred and innovative CRO solutions.
  • Deliver and present analysis and audits that employ a range of quantitative and qualitative methods, identifying relevant and impactful opportunities for CRO.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring CRO solutions directly contribute to their business ambitions, maturity, and objectives.
  • Implement processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality work and successful delivery of CRO client campaigns across the team.
  • Research and develop thought leadership ideas to inspire and educate our client community, supporting engagement and growth.
  • Support RocketMill's Business Development and Client Leadership teams by creating business cases, proposals, and pitching the Conversion Rate Optimisation product to potential clients.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve RocketMill's CRO product, including collaboration with our external build partner and internal UX team.
  • Lead and develop the relationship with our external build partner as the CRO offering grows.
  • Work with the Head of UX and CRO to identify recruitment needs as the CRO service grows, and lead the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with senior counterparts in UX, Media, and SEO teams to plan and execute integrated CRO solutions.
Requirements
  • Significant experience working in a senior optimisation role, with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
  • Ability to evidence experience with a wide range of analysis and research methods used to interpret user needs and behaviour to drive effective ideation for optimisations.
  • Advanced analytical, technical, and mathematical skills, enabling the identification of appropriate CRO opportunities and execution of analysis with a statistically robust approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate analysis and opportunities in ways that make sense to others.
  • Ability to identify and articulate valuable opportunities to colleagues and clients.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
