About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator in Bournemouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage test centre operations, including scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records, including candidate data, test results, and centre performance metrics
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve centre goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the test centre
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a testing or education environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
