Job Summary

Pearson VUE is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Bournemouth. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and other stakeholders
  • Manage test centre operations, including scheduling, inventory, and facilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a testing or education environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
