About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams at our test centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and other stakeholders
  • Manage exam schedules and ensure timely delivery of exams
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
