Test Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and security.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a high level of customer service to candidates, ensuring their needs are met with understanding and respect.
- Ensure all compliance standards relating to test centre operation and Pearson VUE's stringent security protocols are adhered to.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and candidates, and ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
- Comply with all incident reporting and escalation procedures, and maintain own competencies in all systems and procedures.
- Assist and support business initiatives to maximize centre profitability, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment, with good face-to-face communication skills.
- Competent in the use of Windows-based applications, including Web Mail, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative within organisational guidelines to meet objectives.
- Ability to deal with conflict and work under pressure.
- You will be based in one of our Pearson VUE test centres, with some local travel to other locations required.
- A flexible approach to working is essential, as opening hours and days will vary according to the volume of tests booked.
