Job Title: Test Centre Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, ensuring their needs are met with understanding and respect.
  • Ensure compliance with all testing procedures and protocols, maintaining the integrity and security of tests.
  • Manage test centre operations, including scheduling, candidate sign-in, and test delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and technical support staff to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless test delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Competent in the use of Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
