We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing exceptional customer service to candidates, and maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer service to candidates, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all testing procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
- Manage test centre operations, including scheduling, candidate registration, and test delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of test centre activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a testing or examination environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
