About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist to join our Global IT Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide global assistance to business users for critical systems, ensuring stability, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide global assistance to business users for critical systems, leveraging your technical expertise and in-depth business process understanding.
  • Implement a structured feedback system to refine and adapt content to our team's evolving needs.
  • Identify individual strengths and growth areas among users, offering tailored assistance and training sessions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in core systems such as Risk Management, Finance, and Project ERP, HR, and Training platforms.
  • Utilize technical expertise in SQL databases, relational database reporting, and workflow tools like SharePoint to manage and optimize data and processes.
  • Oversee end-user Application Support for critical business systems, specifically within finance, HR, and risk management domains.
  • Develop proficiency in areas such as configuration management, identity and access management, active directory, collaboration platforms, and other M365-based services.
  • Maintain mastery of data analysis using tools like Excel and advanced skills in Microsoft SQL development.
