**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated payroll and HR professional to join our team at Signet Resources as a part-time Payroll and Benefits Specialist. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the payroll for a headcount of approximately 300 employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and management on payroll-related queries, offering solutions and advice as needed.
  • Share knowledge and expertise on tax, pension, and leave-related matters, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external benefit suppliers, ensuring contracts are up-to-date, compliant, and fit for purpose.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
