About the Role
As a Complaint Handler, you will engage with customers facing account disputes, thoroughly investigating their concerns using all relevant systems to reach fair and just resolutions.
You will be a confident and effective communicator, possessing a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Your diligence will help you build a network of contacts to facilitate the successful resolution of diverse complaints, always placing the customer at the center of your decision-making process.
This position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week, with working hours scheduled between Monday and Friday, from 8 AM to 6 PM.
- Demonstrated experience in managing regulated complaints, along with an understanding of relevant regulations.
- Self-driven and proactive in managing time effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to collect and utilize evidence to support well-reasoned decisions, with a track record of this experience.
- Confident in working autonomously and motivated to make sound decisions.
- Experience in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective complaint resolution.
