Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team at Equiniti. As a key member of our complaints management team, you will play a vital role in providing timely and accurate complaint responses to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complaints from various stakeholders, including Members, Representatives, Actuaries, Trustees, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), and The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO).
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Contribute to the quality and compliance process to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of pensions and related issues to provide expert advice.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and oral communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in complaint handling and pensions administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pensions administration software and systems.
