Job Title: Complaints Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Rate: £18.00 per hour

Contract: Temporary ongoing contract

Working Arrangement: Hybrid working available (1 day per week in office)

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Coordinator to join our team at Sellick Partnership Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and managing customer complaints, focusing on complaints handling, investigation, and resolution.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the investigation of complaints on behalf of customers, ensuring they are updated periodically with any progress made on their case
  • Acknowledge complaints within process timescales
  • Ensure all complaints are effectively recorded on the in-house database
  • Monitor and track complaint cases
  • Create customer feedback reports to analyse ongoing process improvements
  • Deal with all ad-hoc administration

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in complaints handling
  • Excellent administration experience
  • Previous work experience within social housing (preferred)
