Sales Representative Recapture Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Recapture Specialist to join our team at Otis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our Service business by attracting new customers and renewing relationships with existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
- Provide expert insights and solutions to customers, leveraging your knowledge of Otis business and maintenance strategies.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and results.
- Manage and track leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
- Role model Otis Absolutes, prioritizing Safety, Ethics, and Quality in all interactions.
