About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Recapture Specialist to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Sales Representative Recapture Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the Service business by attracting new customers and renewing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
  • Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best solutions.
  • Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.
  • Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
  • Generate, manage, and track leads.
  • Role model Otis Absolutes.
