About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Recapture Specialist to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a Sales Representative Recapture Specialist, you will be responsible for growing the Service business by attracting new customers and renewing relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers to contract the maintenance of their elevators.
- Know the Otis business and provide good insight to customers to provide the best solutions.
- Know maintenance and service strategies and procedures.
- Strong sales skills; decision making and closing sales.
- Generate, manage, and track leads.
- Role model Otis Absolutes.
