Innovative Hardware Engineering Position

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive the creation of electronic solutions across various products using FPGA, digital, and analog electronic hardware and software.
  • Contribute electronic systems engineering expertise from initial concept through to production and testing phases.
  • Support the capture of requirements, definition of specifications, and conduct sensitivity and reliability analyses.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to perform electronic design, analysis, and testing activities.
  • Develop high-quality presentations and documentation for all stages of projects.
  • Facilitate technology transfer to manufacturing and collaborate with business development to uncover new commercial prospects.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 2:1 in a relevant engineering field.
  • Proven experience in digital and analog signal processing, analog electronics design, and schematic capture/layout.
  • Proficiency in firmware development using C, C++, C#, Python, VHDL, and/or FPGA.
  • Familiarity with qualification standards such as MIL, STANAG, ESCC/ECSS.
  • Experience with CAD tools like Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
