Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Michael Page HR. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives that support our strategic objectives.

About the Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior management and operational teams to provide expert HR advice, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Strategic HR Support
    • Providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
    • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business goals.
  • Overseeing Recruitment and Talent Development
    • Overseeing recruitment processes, including the selection and onboarding of new employees.
    • Developing and implementing talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Managing Employee Relations
    • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
    • Ensuring adherence to all HR-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with HR Professionals
    • Collaborating with other HR professionals to share knowledge and develop consistent practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • HR Experience
    • Proven experience in HR, preferably within the housing association sector.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures, with a strong focus on compliance and best practices.
    • Proven ability to deliver HR strategies that support business objectives.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
    • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
