Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management
    • Develop and implement personalized career strategies for a select roster of clients, including TV personalities, social media influencers, and athletes.
    • Provide expert guidance on brand expansion, long-term growth, and cross-industry opportunities.
  • Business Development
    • Negotiate contracts for television, digital media, sponsorships, endorsements, and collaborations to maximize revenue opportunities for clients.
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, including producers, brands, studios, networks, and other potential partners.
  • Talent Identification and Onboarding
    • Identify emerging talent within the TV, social media, and sports industries and nurture new clients to expand our agency's roster.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management, ideally in TV, entertainment, or digital media, with a proven track record of successfully guiding and growing client careers.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, digital platforms, influencer marketing, and social media trends.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with industry professionals.
