Are you experienced in construction and maintenance and seeking a new opportunity?

We have an exciting full-time position available in our Estates Department for an Estates Officer. This role involves overseeing operations and maintenance at our facilities.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and proactive individual, capable of swiftly addressing breakdowns within the estate, managing small-scale projects, and coordinating with contractors or in-house teams to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely and efficiently. While the primary location will be at our main facility, travel to various sites may be required. Effective management and prioritization skills are essential to contribute to the delivery of outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team along with contractors.
  • Possess a valid UK driving license.
  • Hold recognized qualifications as specified in the job requirements.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and self-motivation.
  • Maintain a flexible work approach, with a willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
