Are you experienced in construction and maintenance and seeking a new opportunity?

We currently have a full-time opening in our Estates Department for an Estates Officer to oversee operations.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and proactive individual, capable of swiftly addressing breakdowns within the NHS estate, managing small-scale projects, and coordinating maintenance work with contractors or in-house teams effectively and safely. While the primary location will be at a designated site, travel to various locations within the NHS may be required. This role demands strong management and prioritization skills to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in team and contractor management.
  • A valid UK driving license is mandatory.
  • Recognized qualifications as specified in the job description.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • A collaborative team player with self-motivation.
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential, including participation in an on-call rota.
