About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor Services Assistant at the Market Hall Museum and Market Hall Café. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional visitor experience, ensuring that our customers receive a warm and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and open the Market Hall Museum and Market Hall Café areas each morning, ensuring that everything is ready for the day ahead.
  • Work in our popular café, serving customers, making fresh paninis, and serving locally sourced cakes and hot beverages.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
