Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide effective day-to-day shift cover to support the aims of the project and safeguard residents.
  • Deliver support within a harm minimization and strengths-based framework.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual support plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a front-line social care role within the last 3 years.
  • Current valid right to work in the UK.
  • Fully enhanced DBS registered on the DBS update service or willingness to apply for one through Central Recruitment Services Ltd.
  • Employment or education history to cover the last 5 years, verifiable through the referencing process.
