About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the development of customer-centric, data-led benefit initiatives that deliver appropriate outcomes for colleagues.
  • Partner with the L&D team to build a Total Reward learning journey integrated throughout business activities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and lead on continual upskilling across HR and the business by integrating best practices to increase the impact of total reward on organisational performance.
  • Ensure the Reward team has the critical tools and capabilities to deliver Total Reward education and training.
  • Advise the business to deliver compliant and evolving flexible benefit offerings.
Requirements
  • Technical Benefit Knowledge including a deep understanding of benefit markets and regulatory frameworks.
  • Expertise in building and delivering engagement and education initiatives to enhance the total reward experience.
