Compliance Lead

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Supervise the Contract Compliance Team and ensure all key tasks are carried out effectively and on time.
* Ensure that company procedures are adhered to with regards to contract administration.
* Participate in external contractor audits and follow up on any actions raised.
* Meet with internal staff and external contractors to resolve outstanding non-compliant issues and invoice disputes.
* Analyse invoice patterns to detect common problems which can be avoided by developing business processes and procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in cost control administration, preferably in the oil industry.
* Knowledge and basic understanding of contractual and commercial documentation.
* In-depth knowledge of SAP and other databases/computer packages required for this function.
