About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to effectively manage the housekeeping team and ensure the delivery of a clean, safe and hygienic environment which meets IPC standards. To work alongside colleagues, support and take lead role in the development and review of relevant policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dedicated team of housekeepers to deliver an exceptional cleaning service.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the facility, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the development of a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with a strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
