About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at Leonardo Hotel Inverness. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust and polish all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum and clean all floors, including carpets and hard surfaces
  • Refresh towels and linen as required
  • Strip and make beds
  • Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
