Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to enhance our dynamic Customer Services Team.

In this role, you will oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors, ensuring a responsive and comprehensive service for all customer interactions. Your leadership will inspire and empower staff to provide a personalized experience for Cottsway customers, championing exceptional customer service while collaborating with other teams to drive improvements.

You will work closely with service managers to deliver a cohesive service that prioritizes customer and stakeholder needs, aiming for high levels of satisfaction and value.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in supervising staff within a customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in managing complaints and handling high call volumes effectively.
  • Experience in setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate as part of our pre-employment process.

We offer a pension scheme with a minimum employee contribution of 3%, matched by an employer contribution of up to 10%.
