Harmony Living Solutions is seeking a Residential Services Coordinator to oversee our community at Scenic Community Center. With a proactive approach, you will effectively manage your responsibilities with minimal supervision.


This dynamic role involves direct interaction with residents, assisting them in fostering their independence and well-being. While working independently, you will receive guidance from your Regional Supervisor and Administrative Support Team, along with a Training Coordinator.


Being organized and capable of multitasking is essential, as you will have a solid grasp of property upkeep. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the general management of the facility, coordinating repairs, and maintaining shared spaces as well as the building's infrastructure. You will also supervise service providers for regular cleaning, landscaping, and bi-monthly window maintenance.


You will excel in communication, enjoying collaboration with individuals from diverse backgrounds, and building strong relationships with residents, service providers, and stakeholders.


As the primary contact for resident inquiries, property modifications, or concerns, you will provide guidance and support, particularly for residents typically aged 60 and above. Regular compliance and safety inspections will be part of your duties, along with managing insurance matters in accordance with established protocols.


As an independent worker, you will demonstrate resilience and self-motivation while also being a collaborative team member who engages with the broader team.


A solid understanding of technology is crucial for the Residential Services Coordinator role, as you will utilize software applications such as Outlook and Word.


About the Community:


The community features shared gardens, a communal lounge, and the Coordinator's office. It is situated in a beautiful area along the riverbank, housing 38 residential units.


This position requires a Basic Criminal Record Check.


Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory; Harmony Living Solutions cannot provide visa sponsorship. Residency in the UK is required for the duration of employment.
