Clarion Housing is seeking a Residential Scheme Coordinator to oversee our properties at Riverside Gardens. With a proactive mindset, you will effectively manage your responsibilities independently.


This role is diverse and involves direct interaction with residents, supporting their well-being and autonomy. While working independently, you will receive guidance from your Regional Manager and the Head Office Team, along with assistance from a Training and Support Assistant.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the general management of the property, including coordinating repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the building structure.
  2. Manage contractors for services such as cleaning, gardening, and window maintenance.
  3. Act as the primary contact for resident inquiries, complaints, and property modifications, providing empathetic support to residents, particularly those aged 60 and above.
  4. Conduct regular compliance and health and safety inspections, managing insurance claims in accordance with established policies.
  5. Utilize IT applications, including Outlook and Word, to maintain records and communicate effectively.

About the Scheme:

The scheme features communal gardens, a lounge area, and an office for the Scheme Manager. It is situated in a scenic environment, providing a pleasant atmosphere for residents.


Additional Information:

This position requires a Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available. Residency in the UK is required for the duration of employment.
