About the Role

The Travelers Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Syndicate Operations Associate to join their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the underwriting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for underwriting processes, including preparing new business quotes and renewal terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update procedures to ensure efficient and effective underwriting processes
  • Engage in reporting and analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Resolve inquiries and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to change initiatives and process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
