We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team at The Travelers Companies, Inc. in a dynamic and innovative culture that values collaboration and excellence.
- As a key member of our underwriting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate underwriting processes and contribute to operational change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Underwriting Documentation Management: Thoroughly review and process submissions in line with service levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Underwriting Lifecycle Tasks: Manage tasks such as quote preparation and policy issuance, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Change Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company values, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Leverage previous experience in the insurance industry to drive results and deliver exceptional service.
