About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Community Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our paediatric care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to children in the community across North London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to children in their homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including schools, social services, and other healthcare providers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in paediatric community care.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £45,552 per annum.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing registration and a degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience working in paediatric community care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
