**Job Description:**

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Community Nurse to join our team in North London. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to children in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent standards of clinical care to children in their own homes, including IV therapy and other medical interventions.
  • Work closely with local NHS services and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage a caseload of 3-4 children per day, conducting thorough clinical assessments and developing personalized care plans.
  • Administer subcutaneous injections, cannulation, and other medical procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Registered Paediatric Nurse (RSCN/RNC) with active NMC PIN.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Proven experience in a Paediatric Nurse setting, either in a hospital or community environment.
  • Clinical skills including clinical assessment, administering subcutaneous injections, and cannulation.
