Job Title: Patch Children's Community Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Community Nurse to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Patch Children's Community Nursing (CCN) team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist nursing care to children and young people with ongoing conditions such as asthma, eczema, and constipation.
