Paediatric Nurse Opportunity with Thornbury Community Services

We are seeking a skilled Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Thornbury Community Services, providing high-quality care and support to young people in a community-based setting.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a 4-year-old girl with Cornelia De Lange syndrome, ASD, and Bilateral profound sensorineural hearing loss. As a Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke care and support to enable her to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing complex care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
  • Delivering high-quality care and support in a community-based setting
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working with children with complex needs
