About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to provide administrative support to our Sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, tracking orders through production to completion, and updating team members on order updates or changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process incoming orders and track orders through production to completion.
  • Update assigned team members on order updates or changes in a timely manner.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Update and maintain sales and client records.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or administrative role.
  • Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
