About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
  • Track orders from production to completion, updating team members on order updates or changes
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, providing excellent customer service
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers via phone and email, maintaining positive relationships
  • Update and maintain sales and client records, ensuring data accuracy
Requirements
  • Previous general office administration experience, with sales administration experience an advantage
  • Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills, with attention to detail
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills
  • Confident and proactive, with a can-do attitude
  • Able to input data accurately and efficiently
  • Great customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Experience working in a small and busy team environment
