About the Role

The NSB Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Coordinator to join their team in a leading player in the environmental sustainability sector. This role is pivotal in supporting the management and implementation of environmental programmes, ensuring effective communication and continual improvements in sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management and implementation of environmental programmes
  • Ensure effective communication and continual improvements in sustainability
  • Collaborate with various specialists and stakeholders to provide a comprehensive approach to environmental management
  • Support customers in achieving their sustainability goals
  • Lead the drafting of communications, tracking actions, supporting audits, and reviewing evidence
  • Engage with operational stakeholders, assess environmental aspects, and assist in the operation of ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standard management systems

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in environmental sustainability, self-directed research, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Knowledge of environmental standards and auditing is desirable
