About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at Clockwork Recruitment Ltd. As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our field-based team and supporting our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cover for Business Advisors during holidays and absence to ensure continuous achievement of Company objectives and KPIs.
  • Build business relationships with customers, educating them on product ranges, responding to stock and point of sale issues.
  • Support new promotional product launches by utilizing negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analyze and record data to plan all activities and work towards weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Requirements
  • Confident and excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport easily.
  • Strong organizer with the ability to problem-solve and be proactive.
  • Element of administration and reporting required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of £34,000 per annum.
  • 16% non-contributory pension scheme.

Travel Requirements
