Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess full accreditation with relevant professional organizations such as HCPC, BPS, or their equivalents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical, nursing, and occupational therapy professionals.
  • Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations, contribute to care planning, facilitate reflective practice sessions, and engage in research initiatives.
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance to colleagues in the field.
  • Advise on psychological assessment methodologies and therapeutic approaches.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient application of therapeutic principles.
  • Experience in managing complex client cases.
  • Ability to deliver advanced psychological interventions.
  • Training in clinical supervision practices.
  • Commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in psychology.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000.
  • Permanent full-time role with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.
