This facility is dedicated to providing swift access to professional care for various psychological challenges, including but not limited to addictions, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess full membership with recognized regulatory bodies such as HCPC, BPS, or an equivalent organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical, nursing, and occupational therapy professionals.
  • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations based on evidence-based practices, participate in care planning, facilitate reflective practice sessions, and contribute to ongoing research initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultations to colleagues within the healthcare setting.
  • Advise on effective psychological assessment methods and therapeutic interventions.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient application of therapeutic principles.
  • Experience working with complex client cases.
  • Ability to deliver advanced psychological interventions.
  • Training in clinical supervision practices.
  • Commitment to staying informed about the latest developments in psychological practices.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000.
  • Permanent full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week.
