Outcomes First Group is a leading provider of mental health services, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality clinical services to our clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our mental health services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of excellent service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
