**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Clinician. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of mental health professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for clients with complex mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff members to support their professional development.

**Requirements:**

  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of mental health professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
