Senior Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Practitioner to join our Quality department at Creative Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, safe, and person-centred care to our clients.

  • Conduct thorough quality audits and provide comprehensive reporting to inform our quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement programs that drive excellence in our services.
  • Lead assignments and drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance our clients' experiences.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams and other quality work streams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in social care or a related sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a quality role, with a strong understanding of quality improvement principles.
  • Excellent coaching skills and a passion for person-centred care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.
