Role Expectations
The ideal candidate will be an experienced and compassionate Senior Nurse Practitioner, possessing outstanding clinical abilities and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. A keen interest in geriatric care and residential facilities is preferred, as we aim for our practitioners to take a leadership role in these domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and provide care to patients seeking medical attention, diagnosing and managing minor health issues.
- Prioritize patient needs, ensuring timely referrals for further investigations when necessary.
- Lead initiatives in geriatric care and residential settings, delivering holistic and patient-focused services, including home visits and facility rounds.

- Work independently to provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, addressing their physical and emotional needs.
- Adhere to established guidelines and protocols, reporting outcomes to ensure continuous improvement in care standards.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage patient records in accordance with professional standards.
- Administer medications as per established frameworks and guidelines.
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure optimal patient care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current professional registration.
- Master's degree in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent.
- Non-medical Prescriber certification.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant specialty or equivalent experience.
