Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care in a general practice setting, utilizing advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad theoretical knowledge base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high standard of patient care, making use of skills in history taking, physical examination, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making.

Team Role:
The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
Organisational:
The Nurse Practitioner will complete records, audits, reports, and respond to appropriate questions and requests, attending meetings as requested and supporting effective communication channels between the team.
