About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team as a Regional Lead. This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our services.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives to drive positive change and enhance the quality of our services.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational teams and other stakeholders.
