What We Seek
We are currently looking to recruit a
Lead Social Care Practitioner
for our friendly and dynamic team to work with foster families in the
West Midlands
region.
Your responsibilities will include the recruitment, training, assessment, support, and supervision of a diverse range of foster families, ensuring high-quality placements for children in care.

About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated self-starter who can work independently while maintaining communication with team members and carers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment skills and be a strong communicator, both in writing and verbally, with good IT skills to produce high-quality reports.
You must be a qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration. Recent experience in fostering and services for children is preferred, although less experienced candidates may be considered. A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures regarding fostering and safeguarding is essential.

This is afull-time and permanent
position that is
home-based
and offers a highly competitive starting salary of up to
£41,052 per annum
based on experience, along with a car allowance or company vehicle and excellent benefits.
We also provide a generous holiday allowance starting at 30 days, increasing to 35 with service, plus bank holidays, bike-to-work schemes, and contributory pension plans.
